Will the canvas print exactly match the original print? |

The technologies differ and there will be differences, but the results will be close. |

Will the image be cropped? |

Yes! 40mm of EACH side will be on the side of the canvas. Important items must be away from the edges. With smaller sizes the effect will be greater. We will be happy to advise you. |

What if the file will crop essential parts of the picture like heads, feet or arms? |

There are TWO solutions
(a) ???Mirrored Edge??? where 40mm of the picture is repeated on the edge. Works with most images and LOOKS COOL! No extra charge. Ask to see a sample.
(b) The edge is printed in a plain colour that either suits your image or you d??cor. |

How long does it take for the order to be completed? |

About five working days is the norm. It can be quicker. Prior to Christmas it will be longer. Please allow a generous time frame. We normally phone you on completion. |

What handling precautions should I take? |

Don???t rub the surface or edges. Don???t drop on the edge. Reprinting is the only option, repair is not possible. |

Where should I display my canvas wrap? |

Out of direct sunlight on the wall, not north facing. Keep it dry, away from moisture. |

How do I best care for my canvas wrap? |

Our canvas is specially coated gloss for extra sparkle and double the usual life. It also allows occasional light cleaning, gently with a damp cloth (DO NOT RUB). Dust with a feather duster for more frequent cleaning. |

Can I order as canvas wrap via email? |

Yes! However, sending large files can be slow and irksome if you don???t have broadband, consider mailing a CD instead. Pre-Payment is required before the order is commenced. |

Can you print sizes other than those listed? |

Yes! The wastage of materials and the extra time in producing the frame and canvas print about doubles the charge for a canvas wrap of the same approximate area, takes longer as well. |
